(GRADUATE)** **Experience:** * 4 to 6 years in preparation and control of construction budgets, including parametric methods, estimates, contracted budgets, and quotations. **(Verifiable)** Experience in: · Tendering and bidding processes · Development of item catalogs · Unit price and productivity analysis · Updating and controlling material costs · Preparation of construction generators **Technical Knowledge:** \- Advanced proficiency in: AutoCAD, Neodata, (Opus), Excel, Revit, unit price analysis. **Job Objective** \- Lead the preparation, control, and optimization of construction budgets, ensuring reliability in quantity take-offs, application of best practices, and implementation of value engineering to improve project profitability. **Main Responsibilities** 1\. Perform accurate quantity take-offs of construction volumes based on drawings and specifications. 2\. Develop and maintain updated item catalogs per project. 3\. Maintain updated unit price matrices aligned with actual market conditions. 4\. Control material costs and ensure adherence to established budgets. 5\. Verify that projects include all necessary scopes for execution. 6\. Identify deviations or omissions in construction documents. 7\. Propose improvements through value engineering to optimize resources and timelines. 8\. Generate parametric budgeting bases for future developments and designs. 9\.
