Requirements to join SIGBIM: * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Systems Engineering. * Reside near Tlalnepantla de Baz. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Experience with special systems such as CCTV, voice, audio, data, DTI, etc. (desirable). Key responsibilities of the 2D Draftsperson at SIGBIM include: * Conducting project surveys based on regulatory standards. * Preparing 2D drawings according to client requirements. * Performing quantity takeoffs. * Preparing descriptive and calculation reports. * Compiling final client close-out documentation packages. * Modifying/adapting drawings per regulatory standards and client requests.
