Job Summary: At Remotics, the Real-Time Data Analyst (RTA) ensures operational stability and SLA compliance through monitoring, analysis, and management of KPIs, optimizing resources and guiding operational teams. At Remotics, as a Real-Time Data Analyst (RTA), you will ensure operational stability and service-level agreement (SLA) compliance by monitoring, analyzing, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) in real time. Key Responsibilities * Monitor operational indicators, auxiliary times, adherence, and service levels (SLAs) in real time. * Supervise staff arrivals, departures, and staffing levels according to the Workforce Management (WFM) plan. * Identify deviations in connectivity, productivity, forecasting, and occupancy, and execute immediate corrective actions. * Guide supervisors and operational teams regarding real-time staffing adjustments. * Optimize resource allocation, minimizing gaps between required and available personnel. * Identify operational patterns and emerging trends to improve efficiency. * Design and implement operational strategies that positively impact KPIs. * Coordinate operational incidents and ensure proper ticket management. * Prepare executive reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. * Maintain constant communication with management, internal projects, and operational teams. Required Profile * Minimum verifiable experience of 6 months to 3 years in Real-Time WFM (Inbound and Outbound). * Solid knowledge of metrics (KPIs, SLAs, adherence, occupancy, forecasting). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Intermediate-to-advanced G Suite proficiency. * Analytical ability to interpret and manipulate data. * High attention to detail and problem-solving orientation. * Effective communication across all organizational levels. * Decision-making under pressure.
