Job ID: 2015531 Career Area: Finance Job Category: Salaried Location: Saltillo North Engine Plant 25900, MX Date Posted: March 9, 2026 Brand: FCA Group * Weekly payroll incidents (Hourly personnel) and bi-weekly payroll incidents (Salary personnel). * Management of E-Time (attendance tracking system). * Review attendance records and schedule mass shift changes. * Process and analyze pre-payroll data for manufacturing areas on a weekly and bi-weekly basis. * Analyze figures generated during weekly and bi-weekly payroll close. * Prepare reports for Labor, Industrial Engineering, and Internal Audit departments. * Deliver payroll slips for unionized personnel to supervisors. * Prepare and analyze the payment process for employment terminations. * Request funds for severance payments and liquidations. * Deliver severance payments to Hourly personnel. * Assign Pluxee meal voucher cards (for new hires and replacements). * Perform reconciliation of stamped payroll slips. * Prepare forecasts and accruals for the Attendance Bonus, Quality Bonus, and Clause 89 accounts. * Complete information schedules with actual and forecasted data for MGA, Financial Planning, Mexico Taxes, and US Taxes departments. * Quarterly reconciliations (One Stream). * Deliver special payments to former employees (PTU). * Personnel support. * Ensure daily activities comply with SOX guidelines.
