




**Your Tasks** -------------- * Executional and analytical role with focus on forecast maintenance, data quality, and reporting activities. Supports the Demand Planning Senior by executing day\-to\-day planning tasks and providing analytical insights. * The role is accountable for executing forecast updates, validating assumptions, and proposing adjustments based on data analysis, while final scenario approval and forecast sign\-off remain with the Demand Planning Senior. * High exposure to planning systems (OMP), data models, and S\&OP routines, offering a strong learning curve within the planning function. **Demand Forecast Support** * Support the preparation and maintenance of statistical and operational demand forecasts at NART (SKU) / channel level. * Execute forecast updates and uploads into planning systems (OMP / Excel) based on inputs and alignment defined by the S\&OP process cycle. * Monitor forecast data to identify outliers, inconsistencies, or unusual patterns and escalate findings accordingly. * Document forecast adjustments, assumptions, and agreed scenarios for tracking and reporting purposes. **Performance \& KPI analysis** * Calculate and track demand planning KPIs such as forecast accuracy, forecast bias, service level, and inventory coverage (days on hand). * Prepare standardized weekly and monthly performance reports for the demand planning area. * Support root cause analysis by compiling data related to promotions, demand variability, supply constraints, and new product launches. **Data \& Master data support** * Maintain and validate basic product master data in planning systems (e.g., NART setup, lifecycle status). * Support phase\-in / phase\-out processes through data preparation and historical data cleansing. * Ensure consistency and alignment between sales data, demand forecasts, and supply signals across systems. **Your Profile** ---------------- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field. ➢ 1 year of experience in demand planning, supply planning, comercial planning or data analysis ➢ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy. ➢ Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with planning systems (OMP preferred). ➢ Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams. ➢ Proactive attitude toward identifying data issues and improvement opportunities. ➢ English: Intermediate to Advanced.
