At ALTEN Mexico, we value talent and are currently seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and validating the configuration and software (SW) of vehicle modules, thereby helping resolve issues in plant production units and distributor inventory. Responsibilities include removing any obstacles faced by the team and providing necessary support. **Responsibilities:** * Use Jira tools / SCRUM methodology. * Provide support and contribute ideas to improve the software (SW) release process. * Organize and participate in meetings to resolve SW delivery blockers with global teams. * Ensure proper documentation of processes in official repositories. * Apply tools and methodologies to automate manual processes and increase efficiency. **Requirements** * Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. * Familiarity with key SCRUM concepts—such as sprints and daily stand-ups—to actively participate in an agile team. * Basic familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and ability to document changes and processes under supervision. * Basic knowledge of software management systems such as Jira, to navigate, update tasks, and understand workboards. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Introductory knowledge of automation or scripting tools (Python or Bash), focused on simple process automation tasks under supervision. * Basic proficiency with tools such as Excel for performance analysis and generation of simple reports. * Advanced communication skills. * Teamwork. * Priority management. * Time management. **Benefits** * Base salary * Major Medical Expense Insurance (including dental and vision plans) * 15 days’ year-end bonus * 25% vacation premium * 12 vacation days (starting from the first year) * Social Security * PTU / Profit-sharing * Biweekly food vouchers
