Customer-focused service and excellence VINOPREMIER: A company specializing in the distribution and sale of wines, spirits, and gourmet products, is seeking to incorporate a **Manager** for its Wine Bar located at Melchor Ocampo, 06500, Cuauhtémoc. Candidate Requirements: * Completed high school diploma. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as Restaurant Manager and 10 years’ experience in the restaurant industry. * Experience managing personnel. * Customer-oriented and committed to work excellence. * Sales-oriented. * Professional appearance. * Proactive, responsible, organized, and honest. * Basic knowledge of food preparation and wine is desirable. * Knowledge of foreign languages is desirable. Job Responsibilities: * Plan strategies to ensure achievement of company-set targets. * Meet company-defined sales and cost objectives. * Oversee opening and closing procedures for each establishment. * Coordinate and supervise the functions of each work team. * Manage costs, inventory control, shrinkage, and warehouse operations. * Supervise daily cash reconciliations and cash counts at each restaurant. * Oversee product creation in the system and on the website. * Verify controls for consumption notes. * Supervise order requests and receipt at each restaurant. * Liaise with suppliers. * Supervise payment processing via POS terminals and cash at each location. * Establish tip distribution policies at each location. * Manage personnel, including attendance records, hiring, and terminations. * Recruit personnel to strengthen teams. * Enforce company Internal Regulations. * Supervise customer service, guiding waitstaff to recommend various menu items as well as wines or spirits from the beverage list. * Ensure staff can satisfy customers and resolve complaints effectively. * Verify that staff, materials, and supplies are appropriate for service delivery. Offered: * Full-time schedule. * One and a half days off per week. * Statutory benefits. * $14,000 per month plus tips.
