Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Type of Collaborator** Trust-based **Position Objective** Manage material and human resources within your region to achieve maximum profitability by identifying opportunities and ensuring field activities of supervisors through the sales methodology across hospital, pharmacy, and distributor channels. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Define, monitor, and provide feedback on activities of Sales Supervisors and Sales Representatives to ensure achievement of their sales targets. * Ensure regional collections remain within optimal levels of healthy receivables, guaranteeing achievement of liquidity targets and reduction of financial risk. * Carry out personnel management-related activities.
