TOTAL GUSTO IS SEEKING: **PORT MANAGER (PROGRESO)** Promote and coordinate teamwork with service providers through proper and efficient management of company resources. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor and coordinate arrival schedules and tentative dates. * Send available space allotments to cruise lines. * Assist passengers during departure, travel, stay, and return to the origin of the trip. * Maintain public relations with cruise shore excursion managers. * Prepare supplier payment reports. * Prepare pre-sale and onboard sales reports. * Develop and analyze costs. * Negotiate with suppliers. * Deliver liability release forms to tourists. * Complete the operation checklist two hours before arrival. * Supervise cleaning and maintenance of work equipment. * Supervise suppliers and guides. * Complete the "End of day" report. * Ensure compliance with timing for each activity as specified in the tour description, identify improvement opportunities, optimize resources, reduce unnecessary expenses, and minimize risks. * Supervise guide speeches according to the tour description. * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and monitor online reviews. * Create and implement new tours. * Conduct inspection visits and FAM trips.
