What do I need? (REQUIREMENTS) \* Education: Completed high school diploma or recent graduates in Tourism or related fields \* Flexible availability of schedule. \* Service-oriented attitude. \* Experience in similar positions (SALES AND/OR FRONT OFFICE). \* We accept recent Tourism graduates with hotel internships. Responsibilities: \* Developing and maintaining client relationships: Building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering solutions. \* Identifying new business opportunities: Conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and generating new revenue streams. \* Negotiating and closing agreements: Negotiating contracts, overcoming objections, and effectively closing sales agreements. \* Managing the sales process: Organizing and managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—ensuring proper follow-up. \* Preparing reports and analysis: Analyzing sales data, generating reports, and communicating progress to management. \* Attending events and trade fairs: Representing the company at industry events, generating potential leads, and building professional networks. \* Collaborating with other departments: Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure sales success and customer satisfaction. \* Achieving targets: Striving to meet and exceed the sales goals set by the company.
