Results-oriented approach and customer service Well-known taquería-style restaurant seeks Operations Assistant Manager REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience in this position * Operational experience in taquería-style restaurants * Flexible availability * Experience in restaurant administration * Personnel management experience * Experience in customer service, supplier relations, inventory control, cash handling, and cash audits KNOWLEDGE: * Proficiency in sales, cost, and inventory metrics; team management and development (minimum 15 people) * Process and performance metric supervision; results- and customer service-oriented mindset * Management of material resources (supplier relations) and human resources * Knowledge and experience in inventory control and budgeting * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale systems * Personnel management and supervision RESPONSIBILITIES: * Administer and operate the business unit in alignment with financial and commercial information, service standards, policies, and quality requirements; ensure proper execution of processes and procedures through shift control to meet operational standards and achieve established sales targets.
