You will be responsible for managing branch and office resources to ensure the branch operates efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with the company’s standards and goals. Your main responsibilities will include: * Supervising, motivating, and coordinating the work team. * Hiring, training, and evaluating staff. * Scheduling shifts, organizing work timetables, and resolving labor conflicts. * Ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies. * Managing inventory. * Coordinating branch opening and closing procedures. * Monitoring income and expenses. * Supervising cash handling or valuables management. * Preparing financial or sales reports for central management. * Coordinating travel, transportation, accommodation, and logistics for staff during new openings. * Overseeing construction progress, furniture installation, permits, and administrative procedures. * Supporting the planning and execution of grand opening events. Requirements: \- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Tourism Management. \- Prior experience in Food and Beverage. \- Previous experience performing similar duties in prior roles.
