Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to promote our portfolio of services and solutions, managing processes, tactics, and strategies for the growth and development of the assigned market. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote the service and solution portfolio in the assigned market 2. Manage processes, tactics, and strategies for growth 3. Prepare quotations and prospect customers **Objective:** Promote the company’s portfolio of services and solutions in the assigned market through proper management of processes, tactics, and strategies during the period, achieving development and growth in accordance with the defined plan. **Profile:** * Incomplete undergraduate degree / Bachelor’s degree. * Minimum of 3 years in a similar position. **Roles/Functions:** * Prepare quotations for Industrial Solutions integrating PPE and Technical Services according to company procedures, driving operations with our customers. * Promote continuous training in the commercial area to ensure proper promotion of the company’s product and service portfolio. * Continuously prospect, evaluate, and develop designated customers and/or geographic zones as assigned by Management. * Always prepare your weekly work plan in advance and track it in real time with Management as a means of measuring monthly progress. * Identify, together with your Manager, products or services offering the best margin mix; where applicable, develop substitutes, alternatives, or scenarios to improve margins. * Work collaboratively in teams, leading or participating in projects with clearly defined roles and responsibilities at the location or project assigned by the company. * Know and master available company tools such as Fix\&Controls, CRM, and B2B to obtain and measure company business. **Location**: Q3 MicroParque PYME Anillo Vial II 10271, Interior Bodega La cumbres de Conín C.P. 76246, El Marqués, Qro.
