Fresno, Mariano Otero - Guadalajara, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are a company providing preventive and corrective maintenance services for heavy-duty cargo units, primarily internal combustion forklifts. FAMDEA is hiring a WORKSHOP MANAGER Requirements * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of internal combustion forklifts and basic knowledge of electrical equipment. * Reside near the area * Availability of time Main Responsibilities: * Coordination and management of subordinate personnel * Scheduling and monitoring of daily forklift maintenance Proficiency in: * Hydraulic systems (interpretation of diagrams, diagnosis of shorts or open circuits, wiring repairs, knowledge of multimeter and test probe usage, experience repairing alternator and starter systems, among others, if required). * Engine diagnosis and repair (tuning, fault diagnosis, replacement of belts and timing chains) * Performance of Type A service (carburetion of LP gas or diesel systems) * Transmission (complete assembly and disassembly of transmissions, fault diagnosis, ability to interpret valve bodies) * Mast (assembly and disassembly of mast sections, bearing replacement, torque-based carriage adjustment, repair of double-pallet, push-pull, and side-shifter attachments) * Brakes (diagnosis, complete assembly and disassembly of brake systems) * Autonomy in problem resolution * Service order management * Use of service manuals * Development of preventive maintenance programs * Use of diagnostic equipment * Excellent customer service Skills: Use of grinders and basic knowledge of painting.
