Continuous training on product ranges and installation systems. **A Leading Chemical Sector Company Is Seeking:** **Technical Assistant** **Position Description and Objectives:** * Assist in coordinating, planning, and administering assigned projects while ensuring achievement of objectives. * Prepare system-specific specification documents; collaborate with architects, construction companies, and developers across Mexico to specify Soprema’s systems and solutions technically. * Understand and identify product ranges, products, and systems—including their applications, installation methods, and compatibility. * Monitor executed specifications. * Conduct theoretical product training sessions. * Send all email correspondence with a copy to the Technical Manager. **Required Knowledge and Competencies:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, and InDesign. * Must be orderly, organized, results-oriented, responsive, and highly analytical. **Primary Job Functions (Core Responsibilities):** * Plan the initiation process for each project: technical specifications. * Organize priorities for each activity. * Continuously train project teams. * Manage the budget for each individual project. * Perform administrative tasks related to technical specifications. * Ensure compliance with technical requirements across all projects. * Evaluate project performance monthly/weekly. * Prepare project and project team performance reports. * Develop procedures and work policies for each project. * Conduct informational, team-building, and development meetings with project personnel. **Additional Job Functions:** * Participate in training sessions or workshops; attend meetings with clients and prospects. **Economic Proposal:** * Indefinite-term employment contract; * Gross salary: 17,000 MXN/month; * Statutory year-end bonus. * Statutory benefits. * Location: Polanco\- Cuautitlán Izcalli (travel required to client-specified locations for technical support); * Food allowance: 2\.500 MXN/month (with 500 MXN deduction from gross salary); * The company will provide necessary tools: corporate phone, corporate laptop, and transportation for site visits.
