Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to implement, supervise, and coordinate the Operational Safety Management System, conduct audits, and promote a safety culture. Key Highlights: 1. Risk analysis and audits **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Aeronautics, Engineering, Operational Safety**, or related fields. * **Operational Safety Management (SMS) training course**, valid with **AFAC/ICAO** (mandatory). * Knowledge of **AFAC, ICAO regulations and operational safety manuals**. * Minimum **2 years’ experience** in implementing or supervising operational safety management systems. * Technical English (minimum level B1–B2). * Proficiency in Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook) and preparation of technical reports. * Skills in risk analysis, audits, and incident management. * Leadership, analytical thinking, and teamwork capability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement, supervise, and monitor the **Operational Safety Management System (SMS)**. * Coordinate incident investigations and safety reporting. * Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with AFAC observations. * Promote an operational safety culture among all personnel. * Prepare performance reports and safety metrics for management.
