Job Summary: This position involves monitoring and securing facilities, inspecting access points, and maintaining order and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. CCTV monitoring and reporting of security incidents 2. Access control and identification verification 3. Security protocol management and daily reporting * Inspect trunks and backpacks of staff, customers, and suppliers, as well as those of utility vehicles, personal vehicles, and tractor-trailers. * Request official identification from suppliers and customers to enter company facilities. * Issue badges or tags for visitor or supplier access. * Stay informed about tag control procedures. * Escort visitors or suppliers to the area where they will report. * Always keep the work area clean and organized to hand over to the relieving colleague. * Hand over the shift with corresponding instructions and updates, ensuring all work equipment is in good condition (cell phone, microwave, and computer equipment). * Monitor facility areas via the CCTV system. * Immediately report any anomalies or incidents to the Security Supervisor. * Ensure compliance with security protocols. * Submit updated reports or shift updates to the supervisor or immediate manager during the shift. * Request off-schedule exit passes from employees, except during mealtime. * Record tools, whether personal or company-owned. * Request an exit pass for company-owned tools. * At the Corporate office, the night-shift guard must feed the canine unit. * After administrative working hours at the Corporate office, release the canine unit into the yard.
