Represent the organization before certification bodies and customers A market-leading company in professional nail care products is seeking a **Quality Management System Manager**. Your role will be to lead and supervise the organization’s Quality Management System by establishing policies, strategies, and guidelines that ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards and institutional quality objectives, thereby guaranteeing system effectiveness, promoting a quality culture throughout the organization, and meeting the expectations of Senior Management, customers, and stakeholders. We are looking for a candidate with a completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or Business Administration, and 1–3 years of experience working with Quality Management Systems. These are the **key responsibilities**: * Authorize significant document changes within the QMS to assess their impact on processes and ensure traceability of modifications. * Design communication and awareness strategies at both executive and operational levels to maintain strategic thinking and a risk-based approach. * Actively participate in the organization’s regulatory compliance strategy, validating the national and international legislation analysis conducted by the team and defining actions to mitigate non-compliance risks. * Lead innovation and digitalization projects for the QMS, including supervision of tools such as the ISOLUCION ERP and other applicable technologies to sustain organizational innovation and differentiation. * Lead Quality Management and Senior Management reviews of the Quality Management System, preparing strategic performance information to obtain timely improvement feedback. * Coordinate the integration of the QMS with other organizational management tools (environmental, safety, risk) to promote synergies and efficiencies. * Evaluate the performance of the QMS Technician and internal audit team to provide feedback and professional development plans. * Identify process improvement opportunities through QMS data analysis and benchmarking to uncover best practices within the organization. * Analyze trends in deviations and non-conformities, determining systemic corrective and preventive actions to sustain continuous improvement. * Establish and monitor key QMS performance indicators, evaluating their effectiveness to present periodic executive reports to Quality Management. * Manage the Quality Management process budget to develop investment proposals for training, certifications, external audits, and technological tools. * Represent the organization before certification bodies, regulatory authorities, and customers on quality-related matters, serving as one of the QMS leaders. * Participate in designing and approving the annual quality training plan, supervising its implementation by the technical team. * Participate in defining quality objectives aligned with organizational strategy, supervising their deployment across all processes to ensure compliance via the QMS team. * Approve the annual internal and external audit program, supervise its execution, and report results to Quality Management and Senior Management to keep senior leadership informed. * Establish and maintain relationships with quality service providers (consultants, certification bodies, trainers) to evaluate their performance and contribution to the QMS. **Essential Knowledge:** * NOM-259-SSA1-2022: Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetic Products * ISO 9001:2015 * ISO 19011:2018 * Lean Management * Good Documentation Practices: Document creation and modification **Specific Certifications Required for This Role** * Interpretation and Implementation of ISO 9001:2015 * ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor or ISO 19011:2018 Internal Auditor * Lean Management Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (flexible schedule possible) Work Modality: 100% on-site.
