Promote continuous improvement and compliance with operational standards. **SCHEDULE:** **Monday to Friday:** 09:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. **Saturdays:** 09:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Quality Control** professional to ensure that work performed at the Service Workshop complies with established quality, order, cleanliness, and process standards, guaranteeing customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Inspect vehicles after technical repairs and washing to identify defects caused by technicians or washers (returns). * Maintain weekly Excel statistics to identify root causes of returns. * Supervise that production areas remain in optimal condition. * Verify that repairs are performed according to the Service Order and using original parts. * Apply the Non-Quality Incident Checklist on completed vehicles. * Confirm that vehicles are clean (washed and vacuumed) prior to delivery to the customer. * Document findings identified during walkthroughs at the Service Center. * Report detected incidents to the Service Manager, Workshop Supervisor, and washing team. * Prepare and update the Service Center Return Log. * Generate weekly reports and statistics on incidents per technician and washer. * Supervise compliance with processes, Operational Standards, and the 5S methodology. * Track vehicle status within the Service Workshop using the CM system. * Support vehicle reception and delivery during peak hours. **Requirements** * Education: * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Automotive Mechanics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (quality control, automotive workshop, or service). * **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Ongoing training. * Job stability. * Excellent work environment. * Apply through this channel or send your CV to: **WhatsApp 7224134860** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16,500.00 - $16,600.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
