Key Responsibilities* Lead Project Delivery: Develop and execute project plans, manage scope, schedule, and resources. * Financial Oversight: Control budgets, costs, and cash flow; approve transactions in ERP systems. * Risk \& Change Management: Identify risks, manage changes, and oversee claims. * Quality \& Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with clients and internal teams. What We’re Looking For* Proven experience in project management within mining or heavy industry. * Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor) and project management tools. * Knowledge of risk management and compliance standards.
