Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (Industrial Engineering or related field). * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a production supervisor, team leader, or production facilitator. * Proven experience managing personnel. * Knowledge of flexographic and digital printing processes. * Mandatory availability to rotate shifts. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily production operations. * Lead work teams and ensure achievement of objectives. * Production planning and scheduling. * Ensure compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. * Implement Good Manufacturing Practices. * Supervise industrial safety and hygiene conditions. * Monitor use of measurement and control instruments. * Report performance indicators and area results.
