**Age** 24 to 45 years old. **Academic Qualifications** High school diploma and/or technical degree or equivalent. **Specific Knowledge** Knowledge of ISO 9000, production systems, and Microsoft Office. **Work Experience** 2 years **DESCRIPTION** **Authority** · Supervise operational staff regarding: attendance, punctuality, order, and cleanliness of the work area. · Supervise occupational safety and health conditions of operational staff. · Adjust machine parameters when any characteristic falls outside specifications. · Responsible for enforcing company safety, hygiene, policies, and regulations. **Functions and Responsibilities** Execution · Responsible for operating machinery and equipment, ensuring proper usage. · Responsible for generating reports required by the Production Manager. · Responsible for informing the Production Manager and/or Operations Manager of all issues preventing fulfillment of customer requirements. · Responsible for meeting the daily production schedule across all process stages. · Responsible for meeting customer quality specifications.
