Lead and develop the procurement and operations team. **Procurement and Operations Manager** Mexico City (CDMX) Work Mode: On-site / Full-time **Position Objective** The Procurement and Operations Leader will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the company’s procurement, logistics, and operational processes, ensuring cost efficiency, on-time delivery performance, and quality of services and materials procured. This role is critical to ensuring the successful execution of promotional projects and events. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and implement a procurement strategy aligned with the company’s financial objectives. * Negotiate with national and international suppliers to obtain optimal commercial terms (price, quality, delivery timelines, and credit). * Evaluate and develop a robust network of strategic suppliers. * Supervise logistics processes, inventory management, and distribution of promotional materials. * Coordinate end-to-end project operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. * Control and optimize operational costs. * Implement performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement and operations. * Manage contracts and ensure regulatory and administrative compliance. * Lead and develop the procurement and operations team. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, and Production departments. **Candidate Profile** **Academic Background:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Logistics, or related field. * Preferred specialization or diploma in Supply Chain, Negotiation, or Operations Management. **Experience:** * 5+ years in similar roles (Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations). * Experience in promotional marketing, events, retail, or BTL agencies (preferred). * Experience in strategic negotiation and supplier management. **Technical Knowledge:** * Supply chain management. * Demand and inventory planning. * Cost and budget analysis. * ERP or management systems. * Advanced Excel. **Key Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making. * Strong negotiation skills. * Strategic and analytical thinking. * Results orientation. * Organization and multi-project management. * Effective communication and collaborative teamwork. **Success Indicators** * Reduction in operational costs. * On-time delivery performance. * Internal customer service level. * Inventory optimization. * Project profitability.
