REQUIREMENTS: \*Minimum 3 years of experience managing payroll for over 300 employees. \*Degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. \*Knowledge of labor and tax legislation, and procedures related to IMSS, INFONAVIT, IDSE, SUA, and ISN. \*Proficiency in CONTPAQ and/or Sathum payroll systems. \*Advanced Excel and accounting system skills. \*Skills: Attention to detail, organized, effective communication, teamwork. JOB OBJECTIVE: Responsible for end-to-end payroll management for over 300 security personnel, payroll incident administration, generation of payment layouts, monitoring of tax compliance, and processing of procedures before institutions such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc. In-depth knowledge of labor and tax legislation.
