Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced 3PL Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all logistics activities, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Resolves incidents and maintains customer satisfaction. 3PL Operations Manager **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Distribution, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics, distribution, or retail sectors. * Experience in 3PL operations (multi-client account management). * Experience in personnel management and leadership of operational teams. * Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP systems. * Customer-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach. * Personnel management experience. * Willingness to travel between the CEDIS facilities in Mérida and Cancún. **Responsibilities:** **90% floor-based responsibilities.** * Supervise product inbound and outbound activities at the CEDIS. * Ensure proper inventory control and shrinkage management. * Supervise operations and ensure the quality performance of the 3PL provider. * Coordinate dispatch and delivery scheduling to retail points of sale or customers. * Supervise compliance with quality standards for product receiving, storage, and distribution, according to customer requirements. * Maintain smooth communication with logistics service providers, carriers, and other key stakeholders. * Resolve any incidents or complaints related to distribution operations, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Prepare and present detailed performance reports to Management. * Experience in customer prospecting and/or selling services.
