IMPORTANT SECURITY COMPANY SEEKING **OPERATIONAL MANAGER** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate and supervise operational security personnel (guards, supervisors, shift managers, recruiters, and administrative staff). * Design, implement, and monitor plans and strategies to ensure proper service operation. * Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and protocols. * Supervise the proper operation of security services across various sites or clients. * Manage incidents, prepare operational reports, and follow up on significant events. * Coordinate training and evaluations for operational personnel. * Coordinate appropriate administrative or operational recruitment management. * Manage material resources (equipment, uniforms, tools, and security systems). * Maintain constant communication with internal and/or external clients. * Verify compliance with legal, labor, and private security regulations. REQUIREMENTS: * Knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques. * Master’s degree in Administration, Security, Criminology, or related field (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions within the security field. * Knowledge of proper firearm usage. * Ideally aged 25 to 45. * Knowledge of operational and administrative personnel management. * Familiarity with security protocols and information analysis. * Ability to make decisions and resolve conflicts. * Leadership, organizational skills, and results orientation. * Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles; valid driver’s license required. * Flexible schedule availability.
