If you possess leadership skills, experience coordinating teams, and seek **stability within a corporate environment**, this opportunity is for you! ### **Required Profile** * Education: **Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Administration, or related field** * Minimum **2 years’ experience in Asset Protection or Private Security** * Skills: **leadership, sense of urgency, decision-making under pressure, and strong sense of responsibility** * **Mandatory:** Valid driver’s license ### **We Offer** * **Net monthly salary:** $20,000 * **Immediate statutory benefits** (IMSS at 60%, year-end bonus, and vacation pay) * **Pay period:** Biweekly ### **Available Fixed Shifts (12x12\)** * **Morning shift:** 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM * **Night shift:** 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM **Work schedule:** Monday through Sunday with **one weekday day off** ### **Main Responsibilities** As the **Operational Leader**, you will be responsible for ensuring proper security service operations by: * Coordinating daily activities with supervisors, central station operators, and shift managers * Ensuring appropriate service coverage (assistance, absences, replacements) * Assigning services and reallocating personnel according to operational needs * Supervising compliance with security directives and protocols * Verifying proper execution of patrols and access controls * Planning supervision routes to optimize time and coverage * Coordinating site visits to validate staff performance * Ensuring correct assignment of human resources to each service * Preparing daily and weekly operational reports * Monitoring KPIs * Keeping operational information updated in systems or shared reports * Maintaining communication with clients regarding service delivery * Promptly resolving reported incidents * Ensuring client satisfaction for assigned services
