Ensuring continuous staff training **Header – External** ------------------------- Entity: Sinaloa Locality Type: Tda Culiacan Ii **Position Objective** --------------------------- Supervise the work team in the assigned zone to meet sales objectives and administrative processes, developing necessary strategies for each collaborator to support achievement of established quotas. Reports to the Manager to ensure implementation of work plans and programs.**Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Coordinate work teams through weekly meetings and/or visits to PDVs across all assigned channels, review daily activity schedules, with the aim of developing sales strategies that help achieve timely attainment of objectives. 20% Monitor executives, promoters, and PDV ED regarding sales objectives to achieve monthly goals. 20% Enhance customer satisfaction through tracking NPS surveys as well as service cases. 20% Responsible for validating the sales quality delivered by executives and leaders, based on ATT’s defined pillars and behaviors, as well as proper use of PDV branding. 20% Ensure continuous staff training, disseminating information on incentives, commission structures, pricing, and competitive advantages.
