Interdepartmental coordination to ensure supply Startup company seeks: MATERIALS SPECIALIST Reports to: Operations Manager 1. Define the annual objectives of the materials department and the expense budget in accordance with the company’s annual production and operations plan. 2. Supervise productive capacity analysis (annual, monthly, and new projects) and coordinate internal and external resources. 3. Develop reasonable production, subcontracting, and materials plans based on customer demand, ensuring on-time delivery (OTD). 4. Enhance ERP system capabilities and inventory management. 5. Establish joint planning and logistics mechanisms to ensure complete material supply. 6. Control inventories of finished goods, work-in-progress, and materials resulting from project changes. 7. Analyze inventories older than 30 days and define improvement actions. 8. Participate in weekly continuous improvement meetings. 9. Define and execute standard processes for order review, new product introduction, and project changes. 10. Optimize departmental processes, organizational structure, and job descriptions. 11. Supervise monthly, semi-annual, and annual physical inventory counts. 12. Review and approve reports, forms, system operations, and cost control. 13. Train and evaluate department personnel performance. 14. Coordinate and communicate with other departments. 15. Conduct periodic follow-up and analysis of departmental performance. 16. Perform other tasks assigned by management. **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or higher technical degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related field. **Experience**: Over 5 years in logistics, procurement, or production planning. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** - Leadership and planning and control capabilities. - Knowledge of plastic injection and metalworking processes. - ERP (Kingdee) proficiency, ISO / IATF 16949. **PERSONAL COMPETENCIES** - High tolerance for working under pressure. - Analytical ability. - Stable personality and professional attitude.
