If you are passionate about **engineering, industrial operations and leading technical teams**, this opportunity is for you. **Academic Qualifications** * Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or related fields (degree required). **Experience** * Minimum 8 **years leading maintenance departments** or coordinating technical teams. * Mandatory experience in **plastic injection processes**. * Desired experience in **cap injection and operation of Corvaglia and Husky equipment**. **Technical Knowledge** * Quality and food safety management systems: * HACCP * FSSC 22000 * ISO 9001 * Proficiency in **SAP**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Intermediate English Availability * On-site work schedule: **Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** * Due to the nature of the role, **flexible working hours** are required to address operational or maintenance situations as needed.
