




Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to manage incidents, prepare pre-payrolls, and handle personnel matters with attention to detail and confidentiality. Key Highlights: 1. Duties and Responsibilities: \- Control and record daily incidents using time clocks, digital or printed forms (hours worked, absences, leaves, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and deductions). \- Monitor absenteeism across various business units, requesting and validating corresponding justifications. \- Generate and send incident reports to managers and department heads for review and clarification. \- Prepare pre-payrolls, validating information against biometric systems. \- Control and monitor vacations, medical leaves, and INFONAVIT matters, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. \- Report and manage employee hiring and termination records for each office. \- Assemble, update, and safeguard employee files (vacations, leaves, administrative notices, equipment handover, etc.). \- Register new hires in the relevant systems. \- Maintain up-to-date active and terminated employee databases. \- Provide general support for accounting department activities. \- Experience handling payroll systems or software is desirable. Requirements: Education: Technical diploma, incomplete undergraduate degree, intern, or TSU (preferably in administrative or accounting fields). Basic knowledge of payroll, IMSS, and ISR. High level of organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. We Offer: Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. Job stability.
