Job Summary: Implement, supervise, and monitor the Operational Safety Management System (SMS), coordinate investigations, and promote safety culture. Key Highlights: 1. Internal audits and regulatory compliance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Aviation, Engineering, Operational Safety**, or related fields. * **Operational Safety Management System (SMS) training course** valid with **AFAC/ICAO** (mandatory). * Knowledge of **AFAC, ICAO regulations, and operational safety manuals**. * Minimum **2 years** of experience in implementing or supervising operational safety systems. * Technical English (minimum level B1\-B2\). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and technical report writing. * Skills in risk analysis, auditing, and incident management. * Leadership, analytical thinking, and teamwork capabilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement, supervise, and monitor the **Operational Safety Management System (SMS)**. * Coordinate incident investigations and safety reports. * Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with AFAC findings. * Promote operational safety culture across all staff. * Prepare performance reports and safety metrics for senior management.
