




Job Summary: We are seeking an internal owner of the company’s digital ecosystem, focused on order, processes, and digital platform management, coordinating IT and external vendors. Key Highlights: 1. Will manage, structure, and evolve key digital tools. 2. Will lead the company’s digital transformation and continuous improvement. 3. Will directly support the evolution and optimization of platforms. We seek a person who will serve as the **internal owner of the company’s digital ecosystem**. This role is **not traditional technical support**, but rather one centered on **order, processes, and digital platform management**, with **technical support for computing equipment provided only as operationally required**. This individual will be the key figure responsible for **managing, structuring, and evolving** our use of digital tools, primarily: · Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) · Monday.com · Internal digital processes The role will involve close collaboration with senior management and external IT vendors, **coordinating and directing the IT department**, including existing technical staff, ensuring adoption, order, operational continuity, and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities** · Administer and govern SharePoint (structure, permissions, and document organization) · Manage Microsoft 365: o User onboarding and offboarding o License administration o Basic security · Design, maintain, and optimize dashboards and automations in Monday.com · Document digital processes and best practices · Train non-technical users · Track technology implementation projects · Coordinate and supervise external IT vendors · Propose continuous improvements to processes and digital tool usage · Provide ad-hoc technical support for computing equipment when operationally required · Governance of video surveillance cameras **Requirements** · Minimum **2 years of verifiable experience** in: o Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) o Collaborative tools (Monday.com; Power Automate preferred) · **General hardware knowledge and basic support skills**, for coordination with technicians · Experience organizing information and processes · Ability to explain technological topics to non-technical users · Focus on order, efficiency, and business objectives · Willingness to travel **Key Competencies / Role Profile** · Methodical and organized individual · Strong communication and user interaction skills · Practical orientation: solve problems without overcomplicating · Interest in processes and continuous improvement · Operational profile: reliable and judicious **Work Schedule** · **Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** · **Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** · With **possibility of additional rest Saturdays in the future**, subject to performance and results evaluation. **We Offer** · Gross monthly salary of **$26,300 MXN** (paid biweekly) · Job stability · Professional growth · Direct participation in the company’s digital transformation · Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $26,300.00 – $26,301.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
