**Integrated Services Manager (SMI / IMSS)** **Role Purpose** Ensure the **continuous and profitable operation** of the Integrated Medical Service in hospitals (IMSS or others), guaranteeing **timely supply, surgical productivity, contractual evidence**, and coordination with key areas (Supply, Finance, Technical Service, Regulatory, HR). Additionally, operate under a **Quality Management System (QMS)**, ensuring documentary discipline, change control, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Hospital-level operations: surgical scheduling, staff coverage, on-site supervision. * Maintain service continuity and documented contingency plans. * Forecasting and supply planning considering long lead times, FEFO, batches, and expiration dates. * Control of contractual evidence and files for billing/collection; handling of deductions. * Management of distributed teams (technicians at hospitals): performance, discipline, coverage, training. * Implementation and compliance with **QMS procedures**: records, logs, basic internal audits, corrective actions. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering / Administration / Health Sciences or related field). * 5+ years leading field operations (healthcare or on-site services) with distributed personnel. * Experience in supply control, documentation/evidence management, logistics coordination, and crisis management. * **Desirable:** experience with IMSS/ISSSTE, public contracts, or SMI schemes. * **QMS:** experience working with quality systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent) and documentary discipline. * Advanced Excel; ERP experience desirable (Microsip or other).
