Company specializing in dermocosmetic products and devices is looking for ***HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGER*** **REQUIREMENTS.** **Education Level:** University degree in Administration, Psychology, Business, Communications or related fields. **Postgraduate Studies:** Preferred in Human Capital-related areas. **Experience:** At least 3 years of experience as a Human Capital Manager in a mid-sized company, in a similar position leading training, communication, talent development, talent acquisition, personnel administration and payroll for a company with at least 50 HC. Experience implementing strategies that drive company growth and institutionalization. **Languages:** Intermediate English (70%) **Competencies:** Leadership, results-oriented, planning, adaptability and flexibility, effective communication, decision-making, analysis and teamwork. **Technical Knowledge:** * Knowledge of Mexican regulations and Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Intermediate Office skills. * Payroll. * Human Capital platforms. **Job Expectations:** * Develop, implement and drive human capital strategies and initiatives. * Focus on people’s well-being. * Development of the Human Capital department. * Prepare and maintain the Human Capital department budget according to objectives. * Implement processes to attract, develop and retain talent. * Develop training and development plans. * Create and manage an evaluation system that promotes high performance. * Develop and implement organizational processes and policies. * Develop and manage payroll, benefits and compensation. *** ***OFFER:*** Base Compensation: Between $25,000 and $30,000 MXN monthly gross.
