**Key Responsibilities:** **I. Supervision of Financial Processes and Compliance Verification** Supervise and ensure that local financial activities (e.g., procurement, payments, reimbursements, etc.) strictly comply with the internal control systems and processes established by headquarters. Conduct periodic follow-up tests and control reviews, identify process deficiencies and execution deviations, and issue independent assessment reports to headquarters. **II. Document Management and Audit Support** Establish and maintain a standardized filing system for local financial and internal control documents. Assist and collaborate in internal and external audit-related tasks. **III. Risk Management and Specialized Support** Implement the company’s internal control systems, compliance regulations, and various financial policies. Track and promote effective correction and closure of related issues. Assist the Finance Manager in handling corresponding special matters. * Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions. * Record and reconcile bank statements. * Process tax payments. * Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Process invoices and follow up with customers, suppliers, and partners as necessary. * Provide administrative support during budget preparation. **Requirements:** * Work experience as a Finance Supervisor. * Solid understanding of accounting and bookkeeping procedures. * Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (spreadsheet creation and use of financial functions). * Familiarity with accounting software. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Attention to detail and ability to detect arithmetic errors. * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. * Advanced English.
