Requirements: - Age 25 to 45. - Minimum 1 year of experience in order tracking, logistics coordination, and administrative customer support. - Gender: unrestricted. - Completed bachelor’s degree. - Strong numerical, reasoning, teamwork, and organizational skills. Key responsibilities include: - Receiving, validating, and registering customer orders in the system. - Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to schedule deliveries. - Tracking in-transit orders and confirming deliveries. - Handling administrative customer inquiries regarding orders, timelines, and documentation. - Generating reports on fulfillment, incidents, and delivery times. - Supporting the commercial department with logistical and administrative information for decision-making.
