Management of SQL, JDA/WMS, ORACLE, and Proactivanet Due to expansion, a prominent pharmaceutical sector company We are recruiting a Computing Department Head for the CEDIS facility, with availability to rotate shifts. Work Schedules: 1\.\- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 2\.\- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM 3\.\- 8:00 PM until end of shift (on-call duties) 4\.\- Saturday and Sunday (on-call duties) Responsibilities: 1\.\- Monitoring warehouse processes. 1\.1 From the start of goods receipt until dispatch of the last truck 2\.\- 24/7 user support 3\- Level 1 and Level 2 technical support 4\.\- Ensuring data integrity across systems. 5\.\- Managing the ticketing tool (Proactivanet) 6:\- Managing SQL, JDA/WMS, ORACLE 7\.\- Incident diagnosis and resolution. 8\.\- Escalation and follow-up with vendors. 9:\- Execution of the contingency plan 10\.\- Hardware and specialized equipment configuration. 11\- Preventive and corrective maintenance Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting from $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
