




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage and administer a branch, with experience in personnel management, reporting, expense control, and customer service, including sales prospecting and follow-up. Opportunity for professional growth through leadership and effective communication **General Information** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree / Incomplete bachelor’s degree **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in administration, management, or related roles (preferably with knowledge of aluminum, glass, and hardware industries). * Personnel management to foster an excellent work environment. * Preparation of reports * Experience with ASPEL systems, preferably SAE * Advanced Excel * Knowledge of cash handling, bank terminals, daily cash reconciliations, and cash management. * Branch opening and closing procedures. * Achievement of daily and monthly sales targets. * Control and management of delivery routes. * Review, supervision, and control of expenses, as well as daily cash reconciliations. * Knowledge of revolving funds and cash audits. * Restocking materials to meet the needs of the sales team. * Prospecting new customers and/or visiting existing customers for sales follow-up. * Making bank deposits for generated sales. **Skills** * Teamwork * Effective communication * Leadership * Responsibility * Honesty **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM **Benefits** * Year-end bonus above statutory requirements * Sales target bonus * Professional growth Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $17,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
