Position Summary: We are seeking a Billing and Collections Manager to ensure accurate invoice issuance, recording, and control, in compliance with current tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise invoice issuance and compliance with SAT regulations. 2. Implement improvements in administrative processes and resolve incidents. 3. Promote proactivity, attention to detail, and assertive communication. **CONSTRUCTORA MX GROUP IS SEEKING A BILLING AND COLLECTIONS MANAGER TO JOIN ITS WORK TEAM.** **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (**DEGREE HOLDER WITH PROFESSIONAL LICENSE**) * Prior experience in the **construction** industry (2 YEARS PREFERRED) * Knowledge of current tax regulations (SAT, CFDI 4\.0\.) * Proficiency in the billing system **(CONTPAQi)** * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills * Billing and administrative collection processes **Position Objective** Ensure accurate invoice issuance, recording, and control, complying with current **tax regulations and ensuring accuracy of financial information.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise correct invoice issuance (CFDI). * Validate clients’ tax information and transactions. * Ensure compliance with SAT regulations (CFDI 4\.0\.). * Review and authorize cancellations, credit notes, and re-invoicing. * Generate financial and billing reports. * Implement improvements in administrative processes. * Resolve complex incidents with clients or tax authorities. **REQUIRED SKILLS:** * PROACTIVE * ATTENTION TO DETAIL * ORGANIZED * EXCELLENT ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATION **WE OFFER:** * WEEKLY PAYMENT * STATUTORY BENEFITS * BENEFITS EXCEEDING LEGAL REQUIREMENTS * WORK HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM; SATURDAY, 9:00 AM TO 2:00 PM Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
