At Mazda Collision Center, we are looking for a Body and Paint Advisor Manager responsible for supervising, guiding, and ensuring the proper performance of the advisor team, guaranteeing quality service, process compliance, and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** Coordinate and supervise the body and paint advisor team. Ensure proper vehicle intake and work order creation. Validate estimates, appraisals, and follow-up with insurance companies. Monitor repair timelines and vehicle status. Ensure compliance with processes, internal policies, and quality standards. Track performance indicators (productivity, quality, satisfaction). Handle and resolve special cases with customers or insurance companies. Train and mentor the advisor team. **Requirements:** **Minimum Education:** Bachelor’s degree or related technical program. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a senior advisor or coordinator in body and paint. Knowledge of collision center processes and experience working with insurance companies. Leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
