




**ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER** Responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative operations of the company, including analysis and interpretation of financial reports, treasury management, and budget planning; also oversees the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, and ensures compliance with all financial regulations and standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Oversee and manage all financial and administrative operations of the company. * Analyze and evaluate financial reports to ensure the company’s profitability and financial stability. * Manage treasury operations and ensure availability of funds to finance company operations. * Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and the board of directors. * Participate in the development of long-term financial plans and budgets. * Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including taxes and reporting requirements. * Develop and supervise the company’s finance and administration team. * Collaborate with other departments and managers to ensure efficient company management. * Participate in strategic decision-making for the company. * Monitor the annual Human Resources department plans. **PROFILE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in Economics and Administrative fields. * Minimum 3\-4 years of experience in a similar position (mandatory). * Proficiency in banking systems. * Proficiency in Office software. **STATUTORY BENEFITS:** * Social Security * INFONAVIT * Vacation days * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) **WORKING HOURS** **Regular schedule**: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 5:00; Saturdays from 9:00 to 2:00 Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
