**ACCOUNTING MANAGER** **Position Objective** Ensure the accurate recording, control, and analysis of the company’s accounting and tax information, guaranteeing compliance with current legal provisions and providing reliable information for decision-making. This position requires an experienced individual with sound accounting judgment and a high sense of responsibility. **Responsibilities** * Record and supervise daily accounting operations in accordance with current tax and accounting regulations. * Maintain up-to-date accounting records in the company’s accounting system (CONTPAQi Contabilidad). * Conduct periodic accounting and bank reconciliations, identifying and correcting discrepancies. * Prepare trial balances and monthly accounting reports. * Prepare and validate information for monthly and annual tax returns (ISR, IVA, and withholdings). * Prepare and submit the DIOT, ensuring consistency among accounting records, CFDIs, and tax returns. * Review correct tax calculations prior to submission to the external accounting firm. * Follow up on SAT requirements and support clarifications, corrections, or compliance actions. * Supervise the proper issuance of invoices and CFDIs. * Validate expenses, deductibility, and appropriate accounting classification. * Propose improvements to accounting processes and internal controls. * Coordinate and supervise accounting department personnel, where applicable. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting **GRADUATED** * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in similar positions. * Solid knowledge of general, tax, and financial accounting. * Proficiency in CONTPAQi Contabilidad and intermediate–advanced Excel. * Up-to-date knowledge of current tax regulations. * Experience in accounting closings and responding to tax audits. * Experience in managing tax strategies. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and expertise. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability.
