Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to ensure excellence in our Urban Solid Waste (RSU) valorization service, overseeing operations and leading teams. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership in RSU warehouse operations 2. Comprehensive management of waste and supply inventories 3. Coordination of loading and unloading activities We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to ensure excellence in our Urban Solid Waste (RSU) valorization service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct a five-minute briefing to inform warehouse staff of the day's plan. * Supervise warehouse area arrangement and cleaning activities. * Ensure availability of materials and supplies required for processing waste in the warehouse. * Report to immediate supervisor the quantity (in tons) of valorizable waste currently stored in the warehouse. * Enter collected weight information into the Manpro system. * Report the warehouse's daily work plan. * Record personnel incidents under supervision. * Organize warehouse staff loading and unloading activities in accordance with final disposal plans. * Waste inventory control. * Work supply inventory control. * Entry and exit waste manifests and logbook recording. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree or candidate in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * Age: 25 to 45 years old. * Driver’s license. * Skills: Decision-making ability, team leadership, and warehouse knowledge. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. * Permanent employment.
