Lead and coordinate the operational team to ensure smooth operations. Meet and monitor key performance indicators: receipts, shipments, order picking, and dispatches. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in the warehouse. Analyze operational reports and generate daily work plans. Supervise inventory control and accuracy of records.
