**Requirements** * Technical degree or Bachelor's in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or logistics, preferably in the energy, construction, or electrical sector. * Valid driver's license * Knowledge of electrical, photovoltaic, or construction materials. * Inventory management, shipping guides, and document control. **Warehouse Management** * Receive, inspect, and register incoming materials, equipment, and tools. * Verify quantity, quality, and documentation of materials delivered by suppliers. * Control entries, exits, and returns through inventory systems or reports. * Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials. * Supervise delivery of materials and tools to projects or work crews. * Coordinate maintenance and control of assigned tools. **Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate transportation of materials to job sites or between warehouses. * Manage routes, schedules, and transportation costs to optimize resources. * Coordinate with suppliers and carriers on delivery dates and conditions. * Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines according to project schedules. * Prepare inventory, movement, and material consumption reports. * Maintain updated digital warehouse records (Excel, ERP, or internal software). * Control documentation: invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, and shipping guides. * Participate in audits and inventory reconciliations. * Support the procurement team in tracking orders and restocking. * Comply with and enforce safety regulations in material handling. * Ensure order and cleanliness in warehouse and loading areas. * Load and unload materials when required. * Availability to travel when required. * Report unsafe conditions or incidents in logistics operations. * Other duties as assigned.
