




Position Summary: Patient Support Program (PSP) Manager for CC, responsible for customer service, patient program administration, and monitoring objectives to maintain high service standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service at the managerial level and patient program administration 2. Program data analysis and improvement proposals 3. Training of supervisory staff and guaranteeing patient care We are seeking: PSP MANAGER FOR CC Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in health-related or administrative fields Customer service at the managerial level and patient program administration Responsibilities: Attending to and following up on customer requests to achieve program objectives Effective communication with various program stakeholders Analyzing program data and proposing improvements to maintain program service levels Monitoring adherence to established timelines and KPIs for proper program operation Training supervisory staff on administrative topics and program processes Ensuring 100% patient and physician outreach to the program receives appropriate attention Identifying and preparing adverse event and product quality reports Preparing reports and presentations for clients.
