Position Objective Coordinate and supervise the logistical operations of the tanker truck fleet, optimizing distribution routes, ensuring preventive/corrective maintenance of units, and guaranteeing compliance with safety standards for transporting hazardous materials. Main Responsibilities: * **Fleet Management:** Supervise the maintenance program and ensure 100% of tanker trucks are in optimal operating condition. * **Strategic Logistics:** Optimize delivery routes to reduce fuel costs and transit times. * **Safety and Compliance:** Ensure operators hold valid licenses * **Operator Leadership:** Supervise and train the driver staff under a framework of discipline and efficiency.
