Years of Experience: 1 year in customer service and leadership roles Languages: Spanish and English Salary: $18,000 monthly + commission scheme Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM Job Objective: Ensure every event is executed flawlessly, fulfilling all client-contracted terms, maintaining facilities in optimal condition, coordinating operational staff, and delivering attentive, professional service to parents and attendees. Required Knowledge or Competencies:  Event organization and logistics.  Supervision of operational staff.  Basic hygiene and safety standards.  Vendor management and service coordination (catering, beverages, decoration, etc.).  Basic use of operational control systems and checklists.  Leadership and coordination ability.  Attention to detail and real-time problem solving.  Service orientation and customer satisfaction focus.  Organization and control under pressure. Main Functions and Responsibilities:  Supervise that facilities are clean and ready before each event.  Greet customers and personally attend to parents during the event.  Verify fulfillment of all contracted items: games, decoration, food, and beverages.  Coordinate and supervise general assistants in their duties.  Ensure food is served hot and beverages are served cold.  Resolve any unforeseen issues immediately to guarantee customer satisfaction.
