Collaborate with security and quality departments to ensure product safety and quality. **Responsibilities.** * **Project management during implementation phase:** 1\. Daily follow-up (meetings with shop-floor team, material shortages, drawings, and client-owned files). 2\. Official documentation (maintain order and tracking of all documents required for First Article Approval). 3\. Customer requirements. 4\. Required resources / capabilities (machinery, personnel, tools). * Product engineering (understand and master product engineering in detail, with client support if necessary). * Define manufacturing plans (in coordination with Manufacturing Engineer and Implementation Manager, establish plans with committed dates). * Monitor adherence to committed dates with internal and external customers. * Promote and foster safety in implemented processes. * Define timelines and productivity metrics for new projects. * Define and develop method sheets (work instructions). * Hand over new projects to production lines (work teams and supervision, tools, methods). * Quotations. * Engineering changes. * Continuous Improvement of Manufacturing Processes.
